Existing + Prospective Clients

Learn more about how NCASE client accounts and NCASE Powered accounts work.

Client Accounts:

Your NCASE client account is your main account. It's an online platform (or customer portal) where all of your past, present, and future projects live. You will have access to a project's important details, files, contracts, proposals and billing information - all in one place. Clients may choose to rely heavily on the power of the client account while others may choose to only use it for paying their invoices. 


Good to know: All invoicing and financial transactions will be managed through the client account. For this reason, all existing and prospective clients are required to have a login.


NCASE Powered Accounts:

NCASE Powered accounts are for clients that purchase digital solutions directly from NCASE. These items include:  

  • Domain Hosting 
  • Website Builders and Hosting 
  • Email Hosting from Microsoft 365 
  • Digital Marketing Tools, etc. 


Clients that make these types of purchases will have a separate login for each account.


The NCASE Client Account is your all-in-one tool to manage and organize your NCASE projects. With a client account, you will have secure access to the following:


  • Communication Options 
  • Services and Work Requests 
  • Project Resources and File management 
  • Contracts and Proposals 
  • Billing + Payment Tools


You will need a username and password to access your client account. 


Most existing clients should have received an email invitation to begin their account setup. This email contains a unique link that allows you to create a password and complete the account setup. 


Please email, call, or text NCASE if you are missing your email invitation or your link has expired.


  • IF YOUR PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED AND YOU HAVE NOT SETUP YOUR CLIENT ACCOUNT: Please notify NCASE of this change so that your client account and login will be associated with the correct email address.


  • IF YOU DID COMPLETE YOUR ACCOUNT SETUP: If you completed your account setup and you know your username (your primary email address) and password, you may login to your client account here.


  • If you know your username but you do not know your password, you may click here to reset it.


If you know your username but you do not know your password, you may click here to reset it.


If you do not remember your username (primary email address) or need assistance otherwise, you will need to call NCASE.


Existing clients should complete their account setup from their email invitation . Once your account setup is complete, you may login to manage current or new projects with NCASE.

Those interested in learning more about NCASE Marketing may create a new account to get started. 


You may login directly to your website or digital account a few different ways:


  1. Directly login here.
  2. Login to your client account and locate your PROJECT. Your PROJECT's landing page will include all it's associated information, such as login links, billing or contract information, and even username/password (when available) information.  
  3. For NCASE Powered websites, you will also have a "Site Login" link located in the footer (bottom of the page) section of your site's pages.


If you currently have a NCASE Powered website or other digital solution, and you do not know your login information, please call NCASE for assistance.


Existing Clients: You may email, call, or text NCASE anytime you need assistance or service. Additionally, you also have the option of requesting service through your client account. Whichever option is best for you, is best for NCASE.


New Clients will need to create a client account to access contact information for NCASE. 


24/7 Support for NCASE Powered Websites + Digital Solutions:

In the event that you experience issues during time periods that NCASE is unavailable, you may call (480) 624-2500 for support. 


24/7 support is included in your with your NCASE Powered digital purchase, at no additional cost. However, should you require service time to resolve any issues related to user error(s), additional charges will apply.


You may email, call, or text NCASE anytime you need assistance with your NCASE Powered Website, Email, or other NCASE Powered digital tools. Additionally, you also have the option of requesting service through your client account. Whichever option is best for you, is best for NCASE.


24/7 Support for NCASE Powered Websites, Email, and Digital Tools: In the event that you experience website or digital issues during time periods that NCASE is unavailable, you may call (480) 624-2500 for additional support options.


  • The 24/7 support phone number should be used as a back-up option. It is always recommended that you first contact NCASE if an issue arises.


  • As rare as it may be, "out-of-pocket" moments such as operating hours, holiday travel, and the like - inevitably happen. The 24/7 support number allows for additional peace of mind when it comes to your NCASE powered digital services.


  • This support option is included in your in your NCASE Powered purchase, at no additional cost*. 


*Clients will be billed service time to resolve any issues related to user error(s). Billing rates and/or estimates will always be given to clients before services are rendered.
